As tech recruiters, our main focus is to conduct interviews as fairly as possible. All of our interview processes follow the same format to begin with, then we adapt them to the position you have applied for. We have a well-thought-through and structured approach that we believe gives you, the candidate, the best chance to shine.
Our initial questions start with ‘why are we speaking to one another?’ There’s really no trick here. We want honest answers that will help both you as the candidate and us as the recruiters understand whether 360Learning is the right environment for you.
