What is WCAG?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are globally recognized technical standards designed to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. These guidelines ensure that all users—especially those who rely on assistive technologies like screen readers—can easily navigate and engage with web content.

Conforming to WCAG standards is the best practice to comply with accessibility regulations worldwide.WCAG is adopted in numerous global accessibility laws, such as Section 508 in the United States and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). Conforming to WCAG standards is the best practice to comply with accessibility regulations worldwide.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA: our achievement

We are continually improving our accessibility based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, which are the most commonly adopted accessibility standard across industries and regulations.

To support this effort, we have partnered with Level Access, leveraging their digital accessibility platform and 25 years of expertise to achieve and sustain conformance to accessibility standards.

Why Level AA?

WCAG 2.1 Level AA ensures our digital content is accessible to a wide range of users, including those who use assistive technologies. It’s the standard that provides the most significant improvements in usability and accessibility, and it is the level most often cited in regulations and legal frameworks.
