360Learning used the online platform Pollfish to survey 1,000 employees from the US, 1,000 from the UK, and 616 from France, between March 25, 2024 and April 22nd. Employees worked at companies ranging in size from 51 employees to over 5,000, and were aged 18 and over. Responses to open-ended questions were analyzed and aggregated using ChatGPT.
