Introduction

SafeTeam Academy offers asynchronous training pathways combining a short-format immersive video-simulation module (1 hour) with a one-hour debriefing via videoconference for multidisciplinary groups of learners. Participants define an action plan within their own structure and commit to change through concrete actions.
