Kwark
Kwark turns 21 years of instructional design expertise into 1,500 ready-to-use modules, to train employees and learners on the skills that truly matter.
Introduction
Kwark combines 21 years of expertise in instructional design with proprietary AI technologies to help companies and training organizations build, deploy, and scale their digital learning programs quickly, without compromising on pedagogical quality. Through its Agency division, Kwark advises organizations on their training strategy, produces tailor-made content (video, VR, serious games), and offers a turnkey catalog of more than 1,500 e-learning modules covering 17 professional sectors. Through its Edtech division, Kwark develops two proprietary AI tools: BlendGen, which generates complete video modules - script, avatar, quiz, and translation into 40 languages - from a simple description, and GoodGrades, an AI assistant that automates the grading and feedback of thousands of assignments in seconds.
Mission statement
At Kwark, we believe in a different way of training. We believe training doesn't have to choose between speed and quality. Between technology and the human touch. Between turnkey content and a tailor-made experience. We believe subject-matter experts deserve tools worthy of their knowledge, so they can pass it on quickly, well, and at scale. That learners deserve content that engages as much as it trains. And that instructional design teams deserve better than time-consuming processes that stifle innovation. We believe it's possible to train better and faster, with instructional design as the foundation and AI as the accelerator.
What makes us unique
What sets Kwark apart is, first and foremost, the quality of its content, and the rigor of the process that guarantees it. In an off-the-shelf e-learning market where quantity often takes precedence over reliability, Kwark made the opposite choice: every module is written by a recognized subject-matter expert, reviewed and enriched by a second expert, then restructured by our instructional designers. Three levels of validation, systematically, for each of the 1,500 modules in the catalog. We produce this entire catalog in-house, from instructional design to post-production, in our Paris studios. No aggregation of third-party content, no external dependency: total consistency, continuous updates, and the ability to adapt quickly to each client's specific needs. But Kwark doesn't stop at off-the-shelf content. Our hybrid model - Agency and Edtech - allows our partners to offer their clients much more than a catalog: instructional consulting, custom production, and two proprietary AI tools to generate or grade training at scale.
