Introduction

GOAT LEARNING® is a European consulting, integration, and outsourcing firm dedicated to EdTech & Learning Solutions ecosystems — LMS, LXP, and TMS. With more than fifteen years of industry experience, we work from strategy through execution: framing the need, selecting and integrating the platforms, ensuring HRIS interoperability. We deploy internationally, we monitor compliance, and we then run the ecosystem over the long term through Run-Outsourcing.

Our scope is deliberately focused. We are the EdTech and Learning specialist, the trusted third-party integrator for our clients. It is this position of independence that allows us to inform the decisions, assemble and operate the combination of tools that genuinely serves the organization — and to work with vendors and business leaders alike to make projects succeed.

We exist so that our clients’ learning investments become real levers of transformation and produce measurable results in the field. Our job is to translate an HR and L&D intent into a toolset that works, that connects to the HRIS, and that meets IT compliance requirements.

We position our expertise at the intersection of two languages: that of the HR and L&D functions, which carry the change, and that of the IT organization, which sets the constraints of the target architecture. It is at that intersection that we make learning projects succeed.
