Mission statement
Making life sweeter, and easier - At Gymnase, we believe that a world where everyone nurtures self-esteem and self-confidence becomes a world of outstretched hands, cooperation, and achievements.
Its raison-d'être has remained unchanged since its creation by the co-founders: to make people proud of themselves by mastering their own actions
What makes us unique
- Pioneer in France and Europe of e-learning through video observation: observe your peers to better understand and adjust the way you do things
- Exclusive don't and do videos inspired directly by cases put forward by the managers themselves: short format, key message given directly, immediate debriefing, mnemonic methodology. Over 900 videos, with real actors, all from the business world!
- Powerful e-learning programmes thanks to 360learning technology: social learning and collaboration to share ideas, debate, and cross-views between peers and with the trainer. We rely on collective intelligence and solidarity to drive excellence.
- A modern and resolutely engaging teaching approach: to create and anchor reflexes. We believe in testing & learning, in getting people involved in exercises that are just like us, and in debates to express our disagreements. Short, engaging formats, graphic mnemonic tricks, multi-answer quizzes etc... and a touch of good humour to keep you going!
- Complete control of the production chain: from pedagogical engineering to group facilitation, the Gymnase knows how to react within short deadlines to produce, adapt, and deliver training courses. Off-the-shelf or customised training!
- The commitment to always combine the best training practices with the best digital and e-learning practices. Gymnase du Management is a member of Edtech France. The EdTech France association brings together French companies that have decided to make technology and innovation useful for education, teaching, and learning.

Team managers are the strongest transmission belts for performance!
By turns organizer, coordinator, and driving force, the manager accompanies the team in an increasingly demanding context, which pushes everyone to be agile, fast, and under constant tension. The manager must master the fundamentals of his or her supervisory role, while constantly honing his or her soft skills: listening with empathy, filtering stress, pacifying conflicts, dealing with fears of change, and boosting collective intelligence to encourage creativity.
Supporting managers in this effervescence means offering them immediate, rapid, and ultra-pragmatic answers to make their daily lives easier. Like top-level athletes, the best way to reinforce their skills is to give them access to short videos showing effective gestures, the right posture, and precise debriefs to make the method their own. See, understand, reproduce!
Poorly managed stress amplifies tensions and damages relationships.
The pressure of results, the demands of targets, and the tyranny of immediacy can sometimes make you lose the distance you need to calm your mind, keep your thoughts clear and your reasoning lucid. Separating the urgent from the important, putting priorities in order, and disciplining the diary to recreate "quality" time should enable everyone to rediscover a form of serenity, a guarantee of well-being and performance. Identifying with the characters (managers) filmed in stressful situations has several advantages: it allows you to criticize the poor posture observed (meta-positioning does just that!), to question your practice, and to create an initial trigger.
Feedback given without method or sincerity weakens the team.
Formulating what is or isn't going well in an employee's contribution to his or her job is the best way of adjusting the way we work to achieve objectives. It's a practice that takes practice. Test and learn quizzes, emotional awareness, and collaborative learning are valuable tools for building confidence and daring feedback!
