• Our Team Plan is a flexible, pay-as-you-go subscription designed to scale with your organization.
• Simple pricing: the core LMS platform costs $8 per user per month, regardless of user role (learner, author, admin, etc.)
• No long-term commitment. No setup fees. No implementation period. 
• Add-on solutions, activated by request, cost an additional $2 per user per month per solution. 

• Team Plan subscriptions are billed for the number of active users on your platform. This allows you to adjust your user count, and your costs, month-to-month.
• The monthly billing date is tied to your subscription activation. For example, if you subscribe on the 6th of a month, the billing cycle runs from the 6th of one month to the 6th of the next.

• A user is considered "active" from the moment their account is created until it is deleted or deactivated. 
• The $8 per user per month price is regardless of the user's role (e.g., learner, author, or administrator).

• Team Plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
• Platform owners can manage or cancel the subscription autonomously directly through the account settings.
• In compliance with GDPR, your platform data will be securely stored for 120 days after cancellation before being permanently deleted.

• For an extra $2 per user per month, you may choose to activate any or all of the following add-on solutions:
• Coaching Solution: Empower learners to practice sales pitches, soft skills, and product demos via video and screencast, then give coaches the tools to assess, give feedback, and share top examples at scale.
• Live Solution: Automate instructor-led training schedules, learner self-registration, attendance capture, and connect with Zoom or MS Teams.
• Globalization Solution: Launch training in any language faster by assigning translators and automatically serving each learner their preferred language without any manual re-enrollment.
• Extended Academies Solution: Deliver fully branded training experiences to customers or partners with custom group URLs, personalized emails, and group branding.
