Introduction

SafeTeam Academy offers asynchronous training courses combining an e-learning course using immersive video simulation in a short format (1 hour), and a one-hour debriefing by videoconference for groups of multidisciplinary learners. Learners define their action plan within their structure and commit to change through concrete actions.
