Introduction

Innov' Akademy is a training agency that designs and produces innovative and responsible blended training paths. We genuinely believe in blended learning, which is a way to blend synchronous (in-person or virtual) and asynchronous (e-learning, video learning, podcasts, etc.) training.

What sets us apart in this highly competitive market is our ability to handle everything internally. Our approach includes complete project management in-house, providing 360° support to companies. Our instructional design team can design the entire training course and work on the specific animation toolkit, as well as train trainers for the synchronous part. Our team can also work on digital instructional design to create digital learning resources.

Our design team uses over 20 authoring tools to digitize educational resources, allowing us to choose the right tool based on budget, ambition, and pedagogical objectives we aim to achieve. Lastly, our creative team can create graphic charters and motion design videos, always following and blending new trends with client preferences.

At Innov' Akademy, digital technology serves learning and sustainability. Through entirely in-house project design and management for training programs, we create innovative, playful, and engaging learning experiences. We place particular emphasis on blended learning formats and multimodality. Internalizing projects also enables us to have complete control over the environmental and societal impact of our training programs.
