ISAI, the French Web Entrepreneurs' Fund, was founded by Pierre Kosciusko-Morizet (PriceMinister), Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux (Virgin Mobile), Stéphane Treppoz (Sarenza) and Ouriel Ohayon (Appsfire) and is managed by Jean-David Chamboredon (Chairman & Managing Director), Christophe Raynaud (Managing Director) and Pierre Martini (Assistant Managing Director). ISAI invests in Internet companies, These have been rigorously selected and are actively guided by ASAI's wide range of business acumen and connections.
3T CAPITAL is an independent venture capital company, partnered by the Institut Mines-Télécom. The company specializes in financing technology transfer and seeding innovative start-ups in the information technology and communications sector. The principal shareholders are the European Investment Fund, within the framework of the European Union's program for innovation and competitiveness, BPI France as part of the FSI France Investissement program, and the Institut Mines-Télécom. 3T is run by experienced entrepreneurs who have personally created, developed and then successfully sold technology companies.
JEAN-DAVID CHAMBOREDON is Chairman and Managing Director of ISAI and a member of 360Learning's Board of Directors. Jean-David began his career with Cap Gemini where he spent 13 years and founded the Cap Gemini Telemedia Lab in Silicon Valley in 1997. He joined the Capital Investment world in 1999, first with Europatweb as Chief Technical Officer, and subsequently with Viventures as a Partner. For the past six years, he has been the French Partner for the Venture and TMT activity with the 3i group. His track record includes SeLoger.com (IPO Euronext), Screentonic (acquired by Microsoft), Okyz (acquired by Adobe), Highdeal (acquired by SAP), Netonomy (acquired by Comverse), Priceminister (acquired by Rakuten), Fastbooking, Twenga, etc.
DANIEL CACLIN is founder and a Managing Partner of 3T Capital since 2010 and a member of 360Learning's Board of Directors. After a succession of management positions with France Telecom including Director of the Poitou-Charentes Region, Daniel ran TRANSPAC, the leading French company in corporate data transmission. In 2000, he became CEO of GLOBAL ONE and then EQUANT, working out of Paris, Amsterdam and Washington. In 2006, he joined ERENIS, leader in the FTTH market, as Chairman and Managing Director, and sold the company subsequently to 9Cegetel.
JÉRÔME TRAISNEL is an investor and a member of 360Learning's Board of Directors. Jérôme, a specialist in e-commerce and digital security, has had an international career with Texas Instruments and Schlumberger (latterly Gemalto) as Marketing Director and then Director General for Southern Europe. In 2010, he founded Freever, a mobile services operator offering monetization by SMS. In 2009, he created SlimPay, a company offering a regular payments and subscription service, in association with Jean-Louis Hoenen. He invests also in start-up companies and has participated in several innovative companies under the aegis of Telecom SudParis Entrpreneurs.
SACHA DOLINER is an investor and a member of 360Learning's Board of Directors. After an early career with large media and communications companies such as Publicis and Carat, he was, between 1999 and 2002, Managing Director of Mypix, the European leader in on-line photographic development. He is a member of the Board of the Pixmania group (European leader in e-commerce with an €800 million turnover in 2007) and he taught E-business at the Paris ESG Management School from 2004 to 2008. In September 2008 he joined the Board of Axialys to expand the group's e-commerce activities and then co-founded, and became Chairman of, Axiatel.
